About Magnetizers...

The purpose of magnetization is to magnetize a magnet to saturation. Anisotropic or isotropic, hard or soft magnetic materials and their polarization represent the main features to be taken in consideration for the magnetization. A very precise magnetic value may also be achieved to compensate the complete magnetic circuits tolerances, thanks to the magnetizer ability to " knock down " the magnet. With the event of the rare-earth magnets, the use of impulse magnetizers requires a specific know-how, principally because of the high magnetization field requires by those magnets, the sophisticated electronic control and the great attention which must be paid to safety rules.

Standard magnetizers
for every type of coil and magnetic product



The most complete of magnetization product: it permits to magnetize, demagnetize and calibrate in a precise, fast and simple way.
Automatic calibration is used in all that cases for which is required a uniform magnetic property in the final products. What the customer has to do is only set an acceptance range; then the calibrator magnetizes and demagnetizes the product until it reaches the desired level, resetting all the typical magnetic and mechanical tolerances. The calibration is made possible by a feedback control of a magnetic quantity: the measure of a magnetic control parameter (flux, field, etc.) is compared at each step with the acceptance value. A dedicated software manages the discharge voltage to reach in the fastest and precise way the final target. The typical accuracy of the final product is within 1 %.
The integrated Touch Screen permits the parameters setting and the alarm management. All eventual anomalous conditions and operations are promptly signalled to the operator, giving a real-time troubleshooting of the machine working. All our products are developed to match and solve all production issues in terms of flexibility, keeping the reliability at an outstanding level. This serie of magnetizer has infact the capability to be easly equipped with low 800 capacitors and with high 3.500 Volt technology. The productivity is granted also by three different discharging circuits where three different coils/fixtures, even with different parameters, can be connected to ONLY one magnetizer and working alternatively.

Small magnetizer, characterized by very short pulses with very high current peak (up to 100 000 A using a pulse transformer in conjunction) Useful for small applications and devices in bondedNd or ferrite, such as ABS systems, encoder, sensors, etc.
Special coils similar to PCB (patent pending) permit a very precise pattern of axial or radial magnetization, giving to the sample a really sharp magnetic imprint.
