Abstract:
Magnetic measurements are essential for quality control in permanent magnet electric machines. However, results obtained from laboratory tests on raw materials often fall short in predicting the final performance of the finished product.
Measurements on completed products provide more accurate insights by accounting for the effects of the manufacturing process. When these evaluations are carried out directly on the production line, it is crucial to consider various factors that may influence the measurement results.
This presentation will explore strategies to address these challenges and ensure reliable in-line magnetic testing.
