Radial flux Magnetizing Fixtures

The Radial Multipolar fixture has a silicon steel laminated core with an equal number of slots and poles to be magnetized. Series or parallel conductors are installed inside these slots. The conductors and the core are embedded in epoxy resin.

  • Magnetization, demagnetization and treating of inner and outer rotors for radial flux PM brushless machines
  • BLDC and PMSM
  • Big variety of configurations: SPM (surface mounted magnets), IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet), Spoke rotors
  • Stators of DC PM machines
  • Straight, continuous or step skewed rotors or stators
  • Continuous or discrete Halbach configurations
