Bruno Arosio graduated from the University of Pavia, Italy in 1983, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business. In 1984, he obtained his Master’s degree before starting his career as a Chartered Accountant.

While working at Price Waterhouse, he consolidated a significant career dealing with financial projects in various productive, financial and commercial sectors, and attained international experience in both the USA and the UK. Bruno Arosio specialized in the field of international finance, in particular in M&A—corporate finance. After obtaining this valuable experience, in 1991, he founded his own professional firm for corporate and tax consultancy, M&A—corporate finance.

Since 2011, Bruno Arosio has dealt mainly with the management of investments, the operational management of Laboratorio Elettrofisico, which has grown enormously over these past years, and M&A—corporate finance operations.

Bruno Arosio is Laboratorio Elettrofisico’s Corporate & Finance Chairman as well as a member of the Group’s board of directors.
